About Me

After almost two decades of exploring many corners of life in music, creativity and the healing arts, I now work with artists and managers, helping them navigate the inevitable challenges on a creative path.

There is nothing that I love more than working with an artist or manager towards their worldly goals and, in the process, witnessing them find a greater sense of fulfilment and grounding within themselves.

Throughout the bright and dark moments of my own personal journey, I have always remained in awe of the music makers that unify our world and the dedication of the managers they work with. I feel incredibly grateful to work with such talented humans.

my story…

My coaching is firmly rooted in my own personal development and creative practice. At age 14, I was fortunate enough to have the eminent pianist Alexis Ffrench as a tutor. His perfect pitch and attention to detail trained my ears in a way that I carry with me to this day. It was a gift to work with someone so attuned and it was these years working with him that sent me off on my creative path.

Soon after this, I emailed Three Six Zero, a relatively small management company at the time and after a short internship I was invited to manage one of their artists. In 2009 I moved to Los Angeles to represent the company and roster; working closely with deadmau5 and others. I signed and developed NERO an electronic band who went on to achieve a grammy and a No. 1 album. During this time I worked across several other projects as an A&R, manager and strategist achieving several top ten singles and platinum selling records.

After working day and night for almost ten years I was close to burn out. I found new homes for my management roster and took a sabbatical. Little did I know how long this sabbatical would last.

During this period of convalescence I moved to Berlin, learned to code and explored my own musical practice with a little more discipline. In 2017, I met Sadhguru and something shifted within me. A few years later, I went to his ashram in India for what was supposed to be a seven-month program. I stayed for 2.5 years.

Over the months, my role evolved and I ended up working with music again. This time, I was supporting the Sounds Of Isha in their recording studio as an engineer and ended up in Los Angeles once more to support Sadhguru’s international SAVE SOIL campaign involving artists such as SZA, Charlie Puth, Will-I-Am, Maluma and more.

On returning home, I returned to my roots; it was the coaching aspect of working with artists that I was most effective at. I qualified at Animas Centre for Transformative Coaching in 2023. Before long, I naturally stepped back into music and began coaching artists, writers and managers.

After many hundreds of hours coaching I find my work is particularly effective for those who are striving to explore an authentic path as an artist rather than chasing numbers and external validation. From this place we find a bastion of stability and resilience which is unshakable which happens to create optimum conditions for worldly success.

Alongside the coaching, I am always seeking to deepen my own inner development work. Recently, this has lead me down two paths - exploring the embodied practices of ‘Men’s Work’ and the healthy masculine and also the deep and ancient practice of grief tending.

As a way to support my coaching offering, I'm also studying psychotherapy at highly regarded centre: Re:vision—following the lineage of Carl Jung and James Hillman. This process is increasing my capacity to hold the depth of human emotions and allowing me to meet my coaching clients at a deeper level. I am learning more about how the collective unconscious manifests through us all, how mythology is deeply entwined with our culture and how the psyche connects with the wider world to create meaningful, powerful and lasting creations. Exploring the terrain of the unseen helps me walk alongside the artists who are doing the same.

I live with my wife, Nici, and our lurcher, Willow, in a small village down the road from my studio.
